Circulation systems connect the different residential groupings, schools and shopping areas. Every element of the PUD works all together with the other, enhancing the whole. PUDs represent a main improvement versus more conventional zoning procedures because a number of of these zoning rules are too broad and are incompatible with the requirements of the residents.
